Finis Tatum a newby with Foley & Abbott takes a criminal defense case and after about 6 months of postboning the case and exactly 1 day after he is paid the last payment (he Bails ) and leaves the client to sit in jail 2 more months for a hearing and with only a public defender.
This behavior is ethical? do yourself a favor and steer clear of these BS barristers.

Just to keep Indianapolis abreast of the Inabilities of this BS Barister the case was finally resolved. The client who was left felched ,robbed of $5000 and with a public defender has worked out a plea agreement. it seems when a defense attorney collaborates with the prosecuting attorney well they have to Quit abruptly after fleecing their client due to LAWS BEING BROKEN ON BOTH SIDES. What a nimwhit this Finis guy needs tarred and feathered . We will pray for this nincompoop but there isnt much hope as greed has sent him down down to the gates of HELL . I feel sorry for his Mother ,how can she explain his continued failures in the courtroom. She must not know or just pretends not to see. Who could love a face like that!! well the moral to the true story is if givin the choice between Finis Tatum and the public defender , go with the free representation . The young man finis felched has been released , the public defender did his job and all is well except for the young man's wallet!!! Repent Finis
