note the laptop was in perfect mint condition before I checked and have my business parter as an eye witness. I made an incident report with an MGM officer who was very hostile almost incinuating that I was making a false claim and the bell man got very defensive as well, let me add that to get to an M Life platinum member you have to wager hundreds of thousands of dollars so why would I make a false claim on a $2000 computer?? Wendy Stuesse with Firemans Fund Insurance Company contacted me a day later who insures MGM Signature hotel only to tell me her insurer is not responsible for damages and claim is denied, this only tells me that MGM Signature employees can damage anyones property and get away with it.
