Firestsorce Advantage Arrow, Full Circle Financial,Titan Recovery Group Did not respond to my letter to provide validaton of claim required by federal law when trying to collect a debt Amherst, New York

In accordance with Federal guidlines I sent a certified letter to this collection agency requesting them to provide proof of the claim they were trying to collect. They never responded. According to Federal law all action must cease until they respond and provid ethe information I requested and if they do not provide the vlaikdation of th claiom within 30 days theymust no file suit and cease asll collection efforts and alert nthe credit bureaus to dlete all reference to this debt. Instead they passsed this on to another collector violating federal law.  Prevoiuosly the same thing was done by Full Circle Financil Sercices in regaerd to the same account. Prior to tis Arrow did the same thing. It seems they will not abide buy federal law and valide the claim and just pass it on to agency after agency and the amount owed keeps going up. There must be siomehting I can do to make them oeby the law.
