First Alert Solutions, ADT Security Solutions Today, Dexter Wilson, "Lucy" 'The check is in the mail!' HA! Irvine, California

In Jan 2013, I was contacted by a "Dexter" who said he had my resume' and wanted to offer me a job setting appointments for ADT.  I asked how he got my resume since I had not sent one in a few years (should have listened to my gut) and he read off my information and told me he received last month.  Anyway, the job sounded semi-familiar- and since I could work from home with paid hourly I said yes.  Sure enough, I got an email from"Lucy" with the contract, script and W-9.  I was told that they worked with ADT and I would be calling off a dialer- the first check (which was a money order) arrived as expected.  I worked a full week- then I received my email with the expected pay for my next check.  That check did not come the following week- when I asked about it I was told that it was in the mail.  I received a call from "Dexter" Monday afternoon telling me my services were no longer needed.  Again, I inquired about the check that was 'in the mail' and now my final check.  He told me he would get with "Lucy" and call me back- One week later, several calls, text messages and emails- I have not heard from him. 

My only contact with Lucy- was via email.  I checked with ADT and they have never heard of this company.  I did file a complaint with them and emailed them a copy of the script.  Also, googled the address from the envelope my money order came in and it does not exist.  The number he gave me was a Google Voice number so who knows where it goes to and finally, I checked my email regarding the resume I 'sent' in December.  Yes, I did send a resume to Security Solutions Today- attn Smitty almost 2 years ago.  Beware!
