This company is a joke. They would not fix our stove because the burners were not the original burners therefore it was not their fault it wasn't working.. (what kind of excuse is that?) They wouldn't fix the flickering lights because they were not completely out...(they did flicker!) They pretended to fix some broken fans that stopped working again the day they left. This company hires shoddy workers to come to your house and tell you it is not included in the coverage (even though it should be) and collect the $55.00. EVERY time I called for things that were specifically outlined as being included, they told me it was not covered and charged $55.00. THIS IS A HUGE RIPOFF! My real estate agent said they would cover all the appliances within a year if they broke down. All of them broke down and this insurance company would not replace one! Instead, they would send someone to our home to collect the deductible, say it is not included and leave us $55.00 in the hole EVERY TIME!
