We have cleaned up many jobs that they've sent other people out on who screwed up...we get the customers appliances up and running and then First American decided they are going to pay us less than what they agreed on...
We are not doing work for them any more...There are MANY MANY other home warranty companies that offer BETTER service, for less money than they do AND they have better customer service and contractors working for them. We work for many different warranty services and are selective about who we work for. FAHBPC is one we've dropped like a rotten apple...along with a couple of others like Home Warranty of America and GLobe Home Warranty...
