I was contacted by Michael Trend and John Farrell regarding my loan with Chase Mortgage. John explained that he had been in the Loan Mortgage business for many years and his wife was a lawyer and he was offering a Money Back Guarantee because of the violations found on my home mortage loan. He assured me that he could get a 2.5% fixed interest rate on my 5.87% ARM loan and that he could get my prinicpal amount reduced by over $30K from Chase. He requested all of my tax return information as well as my loan papers but said I would get a hardship arrangement. He then contacted me after he received the $250 dollars from my account but said the Audit was not yet complete but they had found violations on the loan. They received my information by certified mail on March 26th and assured me that they had faxed documents to Chase Mortage and that Lisa would call me at least once a week and that they had 28 days total to complete this. They then deducted $250 from my account on April 26 and again on May 24th. John said that they should have everything they needed by end of April 2012.
I have called John Farrell's office at least 2-3 times each week to request a return call or an update on my file. On Friday, June 8th, I spoke to Lisa in his office and to Kim Lopez who assured me that I would have a return call and thay they were simply waiting to verify income from 2004 and wanted a tax return from 2004. I told them I would have to estimate as I do not normally keep documents that are older than 7 years. Lisa nor Kim either called me back. I continued to try and reach John, but he does not answer his phone and his voice mail box is full. The main number to First American Mortgage, 1.877.546.8999 rings busy at all hours of the day.
I need to have my $750 returned to me and I am filing a fraudulent claim with this company.
