I was called in May by a woman named Julie Jameson, that told me I could get a credit card for $3,000 and I have to pay $299 to get it, and they could take it out of my checking account and she told me I would receive it in one week.
So I waited and waited never got it. I called they told me it would take 30 days to get the package. Then right at 30 days i got the package. By this time it ruined my family's vacation because I was waiting on the credit card. So I got the package and it was a card that i had to put money on it to spend it. Then I called them back they told me to send the package back so I did with a letter wanting a refund.
Now it is June 21, 2004 it has been over a month and i have not received my refund. I call every day and tell them I need my money they tell they are sending notifications to the main office that they don't have a phone number to the main office to give me.I think this was a big SCAM! I will never do this again to get a credit card. I think this is pretty sorry of a big company if it is a real company to take peoples hard earned money for a rip off. I work hard for my money and need it and have 3 children to raise I need my money NOW! REMEMBER IF THEY CALL YOU DON'T DO IT! IT'S A BIG RIP-OFF!

It is now june 24,2004 I have received my refund back in my checking account today.they gave me the whole $299 back. Preston langley called me yesterday and told he had talked to some other managers and they were gonna give me my refund. He was alot nicer this time when we spoke. I don't know if it was this site that helped me get it back but I want to thank who ever it was because I needed it.

It is now june 22,2004 I called back and talked to the representatives at first atlantic savings I told them I wanted to speak with preston langley,they told me they would have to send him a notification to call me.He called me back and told me that he had never received the package I returned. I told him everyone I had ever talked to would read it off the computer where it said they had received the package and were gonna give me a refund he said that was not true.
he then told me I had to have a tracking number so he could call the bank to say I was a client to get my refund.He was very rude and told me I needed to do my part first.I told him if I had to drive to New york and get the police involved I would.I think it's a shame they want to rip off innocent people.
I called the police department in new york and told them, they gave me a number to an attorney's office where someone else has filed a suit.I told them they told me it didn't make sense about the tracking number,so I am going further I will get my money back no matter what I have to do.I hope every one else pushes further to get their money because it is not right at all.
