Out of the $4375.89 we would be using $2800.00 for applicable surcharges and government taxes due. The letter stated not to attempt to cash the check until I had contacted Cynthia Lin @647-869-2165. The letter was signed by Sharon Whitfield, Client Care Manager.
I immediately called my aunt who is Chief of Security at a local bank. I will be bringing the check and letter to her and she will contact the company for me.
