I received a check in the mail for $4,375.89 and a letter informing that I had won a prize worth $180,000.00. I was to call a number listed on the letter before depositing the check and that$2,800.00 would be deducted for tax liability. I tried to call the number listed and it was disconnected. The letter claims that First Capital Management Solutions is merely the payment Disbursement company and that the do not have any further obligation other than processing the winning according to the organizers guidelines.
