I attempted to call several times with no success for a recording would always come on saying that they were unable to take my call at this time because they were busy helping other customers and to e-mail them and someone will help soon.
I called, I e-mail, I left messages on their Website contact page, and I attempted to talk through live chat. No success what-so-ever! ! ! !
I believe I have been ripped off at this point and will be following up by contacting the BBB and State Attorney General's Office, Consumer Affairs Department.
