A check of the company address revealed that 401 E Main St, Galesburg, Illinois, is a UPS Ship Office site. Meaning, with no disparagement of UPS, that the company has not given an actual physical address nor indicated that they were using a drop box service.
It is not that they are using such, it is that such was not indicated.
So, be cautious.
I myself will have to file a claim with Paypal once I find my complete paperwork.
