I purchased MS Office Home & Student 2010 for $99 and was advised that it would be upgraded to Professional Plus, too good to be true and it was. It was never clearly stated if they would be shipping media or just a key to use with a download. I received an email with download instructions and a key which never worked. Repeated calls to their scam 800 number and website produced nothing, "we are busy with other customers" and the emails were returned. The jacka**es should be closed down as soon possible. the BBB has numerous complaints. Fortunately I used paypal and they are refunding the charges. I ended up going to a site I had used many times with no problems at a higher price. Lesson learned. They also make it harder for any smaller legitimate software retailer to sell on the web. Of course with lax supervision and regulation prevalent today they'll get their money and run.
