No phone is answered. All email addresses are bogus. The link they sent to download MS Office 2010 does not work and none of the email support addresses are real. Their site needs to be removed so no one else falls for their BS.

I have a dispute on file with my credit card company. I have contacted the BBB and will contact the Office of the Illinois Attorney General.

I will not give up pursuing action against these bums.
