First Consumer National Bank, Penncro Associates ripoff Southhampton Pennsylvania

I, like so many others, was rip=off by FCNB. First I could not make payments on my Spiegel/Eddie Bauer/Newport News credit card. Because the company went bankrupt. Then after several months, I received a bill from FCNB, charging me late fees, doubling interest rate, and saying I owed twice as much. Like a fool I was making payments. First the payments were not credited until AFTER my due date, regardless of how early I mailed them. I was told the payments had to be sent to another location to be processed. I then started doing checks over the phone. My bank returns all my cancelled checks, even when the company being paid issued it. The payments were still being counted as late, most 2 weeks after they printed the date on the check ( I have all my cancelled checks and statements). I was still being charged late fees and high interest and the balance that started out as 800.00 is now 3615.26. I have paid thousands of dollars already trying to make this go away.

NOW I have the pleasure of dealing with Penncro and Associates. because I just gave up. This Company has called my neighbors, issued an unauthorized debit on my checking acct, that I have had for years. My bank was able to get the money back easily. I was forced to change my account. I would love to do something to stop these people once and for all. If I could get in touch with Deanna, Peabody, Massachusetts I would. My next step is an attorney. I had filed complaints with the FTC years ago.
