Dealer charged more for repairs than what First Extended would pay for. Dealer claimed First Extended would not pay for oils, lubricants, tools, etc. that were used during the so-called "covered repairs".
And now, three weeks ago I followed procedure to cancel my service agreement and the dealer BARBEE'S FREEWAY FORD has not submitted my letter nor canceled my agreement and will not return my calls.
FIRST EXTENDED AND BARBEE'S FREEWAY FORD WILL RIP YOU OFF!!!

The dealer should have pamphlets and sample booklets of the different types of plans they offer. The sample booklets are of extreme importance because it's the same booklet you will get with the exception of your name & address & vehicle info.
If the dealer cannot furnish this information, walk away.In your case though, since you want to cancell the plan, look over the contract you signed specifically for the protection plan. Not the buyers order which shows the price of the vehicle and interest, etc.You should have been given a copy of a contract specifically for the protection plan which somewhere on it should have the phone number of the service contract company.
If the dealer didn't give you a copy of that contract, try calling the dealer as an anonymous vehicle owner who purchased a vehicle from them 3 or 4 years ago and ask them to give you the phone number to the service contract company. Say you lost the your booklet or something to that effect. If still no luck, I don't know what else to recommend besides picketing in front of the dealer. Good luck.
