Our house is for sale, however we are not behind on our mortgage and have not ever done any kind of business with First Home Financial. We are not considering any type of unconventional payments. We found out our house was listed on their website because someone came to look at our house and said they were preapproved through an internet bank (First Home Financial). They were told they were preapproved and all they needed was $1,500 down and they could assume our mortgage. It stays in our names and they could walk away at any time, or if they made on time payments for a year they could formally take over our loan (essentially rent to own). Again, we had no such agreement with First Home Financial. This is a site that you have to pay to be a member but the owners of the homes they list are unaware they are even on that site and did not agree to sell their homes in this manner. We did not get ripped off financially, instead they stole our very valuable time through us preparing for a house showing for people who could not afford our house to begin with. The people who came to see our house had both their money and time taken.

Issue so NOT resolved

AUTHOR: Marc - (United States of America)

Amazing how people that say they are "employees" respond by making the title "Issue Resolved" and simply placing their incredibly crooked company name in the subject.

Do NOT get hooked in by these people.

Very Shady Company

AUTHOR: Marc - (United States of America)

This awful company posts literally hundreds of listing on Craigslist daily and none of them are accurate whatsoever.  For example, they list "Hi Rise" property in areas that have never had, and never will see a hi rise complex.  They try to "reel" you in with these incredibly stupid prices.  Honestly, there is no way you could ever rent to own a 5 BR home in a city of 400k+ homes for $500 a month.  Such a ripoff and waste of time.  Karma will surely get the idiot that is behind this supposed company.

First House Financial, are you a bunch of parrots?

AUTHOR: voiceofreason - (United States of America)

(SOUND EFFECTS: Parrot voice) "Issue resolved, issue resolved, issue resolved. SQUAAAAAAWWWWWK!"

Don't y'all realize that your incessant bullcrappola "Issue Resolved" responses here make your company look like 100% crooks?

The ONLY issue resolved notice anyone here is going to consider legit is from the bonafide author of the original complaint, and it ain't lookin' too likely we'll ever see that.

First House Financial Continues to Lie

AUTHOR: frontier - (United States of America)

I just checked with forclosures.com and our house is not listed on their site. Yet another lie to cover up your unethical and possibly illegal business practices. I am now not just concerned for the people who are ripped off by First House Financial, I am also offended (not in denial). Again, our house is no where near even preforclosure and First House Financial continues to lie to cover up their scheme. I will be reporting them to the Attorney General's office and the FBI.

We understand that you may be in denial about the pressing situation. However, we were even able to find your property listed on foreclosures.com. So it isn't just us. Thank you for understanding.

First House Financial's Rebuttal is False

AUTHOR: frontier - (United States of America)

That is false. I personally handle the loan payments. It has never even been one day late. We pride ourselves in having excellent credit. We are never late on any payments. In addition, I called the bank and they have never reported that we were late on our payments.

Hello, your banking institution provided us with your information because you had defaulted on your loan at some point. It is in your mortgage's terms of service that they would publish this information. Thank you.
