I changed my mind a couple days later and called them to cancel. They told me I did not need a confirmation number for the cancellation. My bad for that.
They took the money anyway and ran. I called them when I realized it was taken out and all they told me is that it is a non-refundable amount because they don't have record of my cancellation.
I haven't received anything yet and don't think I will. If ever you have to pay for something "FREE" don't do it.

Be wary of "businesses" operating out of the U.S./Canadian border town of Champlain, New York!
AUTHOR: James - (U.S.A.)
SUBMITTED: Monday, November 08, 2004
Champlain, New York is a tiny village located on the U.S./Canadian border, just off of Interstate 87 (aka The Adirondack Northway) in the northeastern most corner of New York State. Besides being the home of the regional offices of the United States Department of Homeland Security (formerly known as the United States Customs Service), Champlain is also known as the home of dozens and dozens of Canadian mail-order and credit card scam artists who use maildrops and post office boxes located in this village to defraud unsuspecting Americans via fraudulent mail-order and credit card schemes.
Do yourself a favor, people: Do not do business with any "businesses" located in Champlain, New York. More likely than not, this "business" is a Canadian mail-order or credit card scam artist trying to rip you off!!
