This company took advantage of my family. They charged me for a level of service which we did not receive. The ambulance company chanrged me for the equivalent of a 911 call and we did not receive a siren, emergency, or any special treatment on the ride from one hospital to another. In fact the patient was semi-sedated and we didn't so much as go over 50 mph on the across town trip.
When I confronted the onwer of the company he said that he could not do anything as the billing rate was what his medical billing company had determined was correct. You can't find a more lame a*s excuse for not looking into a problem. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY FOR ANY EMERGENCY MEDICAL SERVICES or you will be sorry that you did.
