First National Bank Of Marin - Credit One Bank Stated I never paid them & made inappropriate late payment report to Trans union equifax ETC ripoff Hammond Indiana

I Have a credit card account with First Natl bank of Marin aka Credit One Bank. I have always paid my payment online more then the Minimum payment. They claim I failed to make 2 months payments. I pay on all my credit cards on line religiously always above the minimum amount. I know I paid those payments online. I was extremly upset when trying to rectify the matter on the phone. The one customer service rep hung up on me twice, then once I actually spoke with a superviser they made attempt to reconcile the matter & taking into consideration that there may be flaws in there internet payment system.

I have several other credit cards that I paid along with those payments & those have higher minimum payments with higher balances. I am trying to Reestablish my credit & would not have foolishly not paid those payments. They were unable to research any information regarding logins to my acct to possibly determine that I was logged in & to see if those payments were not properly transfered. They would not take into consideration the fact that I have no other late payments on any of my other accounts to showing that this probably was a mistake & to rectify the matter appropriately.

Beware if you have an account with them. Make sure you send a money order from your local Banking institution so that they can not lie & try to increase payments & interest. They will lie up & down. Report them if any type of incident similar to this one occurs.
