Doesn't it seem, if I pay the $700.00 they owe me a $300.00 credit line?
I want to know what I can do about this. Is there anything? Now they just put it on my credit reports and the collection company says I charged the money, and now I owe the money, when I bring up the fact that 300.00 of this is supposed to be a credit account they call me a liar and refuse to tell me what happens to my credit line.

Another thought would to be tell the bank that you will file with the Office of the Comp Controller and the Attorney Generals office for the possibility of fraud and the do that action.
