First National Card WHY WOULD THE COMPANY GIVE ME BACK MY MONEY THAT I WANT AND NOT GIVE ME THIS RUNAROUND Las Vegas Nevada

Around October O3,2007 telling me that I can have a line of credit up to $2500 to start later to $7500. I thought that it was just a another credit card , On October 7, 2007, I got a card call First National Card, with only can be authorized for usage with CCS, I didn't want this card because i don't do online shopping. But because i forgot and was so busy, to contract them and cancelled the card, On October 31,2007, my call me on the job to tell me that the company have taken out over $200.00 dollars from my checking account, ( which i did give them over the phone to use if i wanted it to have it). So I call them right from my job,for over a hour I try to get of hold of someone, at times and woman voice would
come on line and tell me that I could get them at this time. Finally I got someone from the company to tell them that I didn't want the card at all only to be told that the money was unfunding and that I can't get it
back into my account, that I have to writ to the company in Florida.I can't understand that if the place where the card came from was from LAS VEGAS I JUST WANT ME $200.00 DOLLARS PUT BACK INTO MY ACCOUNT PLEASE
