Around the middle of may I recieved my first call from the above named company telling me how I could qualify for "FREE GOVERNMENT MONEY" It was hard to understand the person who I spoke with because she spoke so fast. I asked to speak with the supervisor and he went through the same pitch just as fast. I repeatedly asked him to slow down so I could understand him and in true Telemarketer style he would just keep going and asked to verify my bank account number. Sensing a scam, I asked to be taken off of thier calling list and he hung up. four days ago (as of this writing it is 6-02-05) I was called again. This time it was an automated message, Which (as I understand it) are Illegle in my state (Oregon) I hung up. Then, later that same day I was called again by a person and she went into her pitch. I politely stopped her and asked to speak with a supervisor and when I was connected I told him that I asked befor to be taken off of the calling list and asked for his name. He just hung up on me! The number that came up on my caller ID was (201) 459-0000. It came up disconnected! if any attourneys are reading this please note I am willing to press full charges against these people. They broke the law and need to pay!

After filing a report on this website, I called the 800-number for this company and asked to speak to a supervisor. After repeating several times that I was NOT a customer, I had a complaint, I was told that my name was taken off the list and I would not be called again. I told them that They had already broke the law by calling me the second and third time and I again asked to speak to a supervisor. I was hung up on. I called back approx. 5-10 min later and asked to speak to a supervisor. I had to explain again that I kept getting hung up on and I wanted to speak to someone in charge. First I was tole that there was no supervisor. After explaining that, as a business, they have to have SOMEONE in charge I was told that she was busy, I said I'll wait. Now I was told that she was out right now. I asked when I should call back and she said, "Uhh, three hours." By this time she was getting very rude with me and asked why I don't just leave her alone. I said that I was very upset and I wanted to speak to someone. "You're speaking to someone now" she said. She again told me to call back later. I asked who I should ask for and she hung up on me again!
