Conrad M. Clarke I am the former COO I witnessed many scams being orchastrated by Conrad Clark so I left the company Tacoma Washington

The offenses I witnessed durring my six month tenure as COO of FNI are too many to list. I left the company because my desire to do things right were in direct conflict with Mr. Clark's agenda. One malicious event was they were offering private investors a 25% return in 90 days to raise 50K for a fish operation in the port of Tacoma when in fact I learned that the money was being raised would go towards the purchase of sophisticated grow light equipment (I can only imagine what that was for) and was never intended for the fish processing plant. I know private investors that put in 5K and were promised a 25% return in 60 days and the only reason they got any money back was because there were honest people in the company that paid them back out of their own pocket and never were paid back. I myself hundreds of thousands of shares of the company and have learned that Mr. Clark intends to or has slightly changed the name of the company so that he will never have to pay out on those shares. I know of deals where they went to an investor and represented themselves as the principal or 25% owner of multi billion dollar deal when in fact they were never part of the organization. They mis-represent themselves and their position on a daily basis. There is too much to list here but the list goes on and on. I would not invest another dime with or in this company as they have swindled me and my partner out of hundreds of thousands of dollars...none of which went to where we were told it would go. Not one member of this company has any license or has even tested to be involved in investments or investment brokering, through the SEC or any other agency, The chairman of the board is the only one who has a series anything and he is very far removed from the day to day operations in Houston TX and is largely unaware of any activities of this company in Tacoma WA.
