First Point Loans first point loans, beware it's a big scam Wichita Kansas

I had a voicemail on my cell phone from derek hudson at ext 293 from first point loans. He said i was approved for a 5,000 loan. He faxed me the terms and conditons that stated i had to secure the first six payments which was $930.00. me and my boyfried scraped the money and sent it to a Mrs. Carol Portman in alberta Canada. it was the day before thanksgiving so he said the money would be deposited on the day after thanksgiving. I called my bank no funds were there. i called derek and he said it should have been deposited and that he would get with the accounting dept. and it would be in there on saturday. Of course the funds were not there. i called monday and derek said the money should have been there but he did not have access to my file anymore i had to speak to james green at ext 302 he said the lender is requesting another six months in payments. i was pissed and told him someone should have called me. out of desperation i borrowed the additional 930.00 and sent it to the same address in canada he said i would have the funds in my account within 3 hours. still no money. i called back he said their system was down and he would send me a bank draft by fedex the next day of course fedex never came. i called him back the next day he said the lender backed out of the loan. then he said i could get a full refund on dec. 14 and fedex would bring it on sat the 15th. i tried calling the number but a recording picks up, my kids have no christmas and i am buried in past due bills.i hope some one cathces them and we can get our hard earned money back.the signs were there but i was praying it wasn't a scam.
