First Premier Bank- Credit Card Services CARD FEES ARE EXCESIVE AS WELL AS THERE OFFER TO SEINIORS AND THE DISABLED SIOUX FALLS, South Dakota

 First Premier Credit Card Services Is A Rippoff.They Target Seinor Citizens And The Disabled By offering Visa And Mastercard Accounts With A $250.00 Limit. But When You Receive It you Acctually only Have $70.00 In Credit ,But You Owe The Rest In Fees. Then To Top it Off They Add $30.00 If You are One Day Late And Then Add An Additional $30.00 Because The Late Fee Has Put You Over The Credit Limit. This Inturn Spirals Out Of Control Until You Owe A Minimum Payment Of Two Hundred Dollars On A Creditline Of Two Hundred and fifty Dollars. Then Some Nasty Woman Calls you Telling You That You Must Pay It even though You Are On A fixed Income. I Checked My Credit Report And found That They had Closed Bolth Visa And Mastercard Accounts, But The Woman That Called Me Lied And Said That They Were Only Frozen Which Is Untrue! It isThe Financial Institutions That Report These Actions To The Credit Agencies And They Cannot Be Removed. Now I Owe Premier Credit Services $965.00 For Two Credit Cards With A Maximum Limit Of $550.00 Total, In Which 90% Of It are For Fees.  Does Any Body Have Any Suggestions ?
