was signing up on line to pay my credit card bill and they wanted to charge me a fee for using the internet to view my account so I called them and wanted to make a payment over the phone they wanted to charge me a fee for that of 11.00 to pay for my credit card which is ridulouse all these hiddne fees

The fees related to an account are disclosed at the time of application. An Autodraft Fee is assessed for an expedited payment. Expedited payments are payments made with a representative for posting the same day, or the next day if it is after 5:00 p.m. CT.  For all other Autodraft payments, there is no charge.
