First Premier Bank ripped me off and they are making me pay a bill of $178 dollars. I havent even used the card yet and they billed me already. I wont pay for the bill that they will send me, I want to cancel my card with them, i think thier a fraud. I contacted them but thier's no one you can talk to except a machine. Can someone help me with this. Thank you
