Prior to this maybe a month or so ago I had called them up for a different issue I was told because the two cards were to different accounts I would not be allowed to do that. DOES IT MAKE SENSE TO TELL YOUR CUSTOMER that your accounts are totally separate and then tell them because you owe on another account that you will not be able to use one of your cards.
Don't even get involved with first premier you get charged an arm and a leg for non sense fees and charges for this and that. You could be paying more for fees than actual usage of the card. and just for the record Customer Service is no help. I plan to leave this company in the dust they dont really care about you and you could do better with another company. I recommend (((competitor's name redacted))) have been a card holder for over a year with absolutely no problems compared to first premier they are like gold for people with not so great credit.
