First Premier Bank specialized in providing cards to people with subprime credit. Whereas many banks will demand a deposit before issuing a credit card, First Premier simply loads the card with the fees that the customer agrees to on the balance.
These fees are disclosed on the solicitation letter and in the terms and conditions.
Fees aside, the card isn't a bad deal for those trying to rebuild their credit. It certainly beats those 30% interest cards.
