Just received a letter stating I owe money on a fictiouous judgment for 6,165.05, plus post judgment interest
@ 10% per annum. This was from FIRST RESOLUTION INVESTMENT CORP. Never heard of these people , do
not owe this amount to anyone! I am reading this and apparently another scam! What do I do to stop
these people from continuing their threats. They state they do not threaten you. They just did with a bogus
letter requesting money and not stating what it was for or where it came from.
These lawyers and this firm, NEED TO BE STOPPED.. any suggestions from previous receivers of these
low life scam artists.
There is way too much of this going on, why can't these lawyers and their fake letters get locked up, or looked into, attacking hard working people, that do not owe money to anyone! Please write what to do about these
crooks operating in Calif now.
