I trying trying ang trying, but nothin works. From where I can find justice. No govt rules for this builders. that they are making mony by sale and making from customers deposit money What is this?

There is no builders association who can ask where they are spending buyers money by not giving them.

Amercia is a land of freedom and every body have a righ to buy or not. any thing.

but buying a house and back off due to sale person mistake. in this case who is on mistake.

I am not doing humble request with first texas homes to plz give my money back.

I like to ask form Fisrt Texas Homes...That why they are not giving peoples deposites...? WHy they are doing this...that showes that they are doing work very unprofesional...They should mentain their repotation good...like other builders...even though they are making mony by saleing...much more then any buyer.. .they are doing bussiness...But buyer like us...doing jobs...and $1500 is worths too much for us...But they are...not ...giving back oue money back even though that is their sale person mistake...name "sheron: in Allen...

After calling ...to sale person "Sheron Ellis" with no responce . me and my husband to dicided to talk face to face with her. so, we went tomrrow 25th August 2007 to there sales office at "Allen".

We again talk about the prob we are facing since three month for our Money back of $ 1500. She said to my husband : Because your wife post repot everything is shut off " WoW.Ohh.Ohh.Ohh
We are trying to talk to her since three months befor ,but She is saying like that We post a report. This is not fair with us......She force us to do and post our remarks on the report... We were willing to buy the House But with her wrong words ......we are backoff.................and Now we are wrong......With that kind of sales persons first Texas Homes is losing there repotation.........................

AFter saying that everthing is shut off...She give us a corprorate phone # to talk to them.......and Our last hope is the corporate Person......And we are plannng to call them or meet them by person..... lets see...
lets see WHat they can do for us.....even though we are asking for our money back.......and this is our right....
