First Union Wachovia Home Eq I started with First Union Bank,then was transferred to Wachovia then home eq Fraud and they are so rude Sacramento California

My husband and I started with First Union Bank in 1999, then our home was transfered to Wachovia,then to Homeq. We had a fixed rate, I have the original paperwork. I was a house wife so the loan went into his name with me on the deed. He had a 95% hearing loss so he instructed them to talk to me anytime I called. Our first Union paperwork says that we should be paying 960+ change dollars a month at a fixed rate.Every since we were transfered to wachovia we have been paying 1,070.05 a month. We pay our own taxes and ins. This is fraud!!! My husband died suddenly of a heart attack Nov.2007,
In Dec 2007 I called and made the payment and told them of his death and sent them a copy. Next I decided I want to refince to get a lower payment and had my mortgage guy in Greensboro Nc call them to get the information,
some nut said she didnt know he died.So I call and some other B---- answers and tells me that she cant tell me anything hes gone know so his permission to talk to me is gone.She says I am opening his mail which is a federal offense, that they will not send me anything,or talk to me anymore.However if I want to make a payment I can call and do that.I am so mad i could just....
well go to Ca. I am ready to sue everyone in this group!!!!!

They have ripped us off by uping our payments on a fixed rate, and we have been paying it for 6 1/2 yrs!!!!!! By the way the probate court says everything that was his including his mail is mine now so I can do what I want with it. They are ignorant, rude, and they need to be shut down!!!
