First Warranty Group Of Florida ,lic# 60115 Misleading and Crooked as a Rubber Arrow Cornelius North Carolina

I purchase my Extended Warranty after being solicited several time to assure if any breakdown of my 2003 Chevy Avalanche be covered. I've since paid my warranty up PAID in FULL. However, upon my last claim the tables turned because they didn't wish to payout for any of my needed warranted maintenance. They sent an inspector to look at my vehicle and declined all repairs because my truck has 22' rims. They said because of modifications they wouldn't cover any repairs. 73% of vehicles that are on the road there is some kind of customized tires. I paid in my warranty to not have a deductible upon any diagnostic done on my vehicle and they declined to pay that fee as well.

I am at a loss for words to describe how much of a FRAUDULANT company The FIRST WARRANTY GROUP is. I asked that due to decline of covering my needed maintenance that I have my money reimbursed and they said I could be placed on a waiting list to cancel. They have only 2 known service reps and state they have NO Legal department. All complaints or filings must be done in writing and mailed not faxed. I spoke to John, Ken and there is a Dawn that they refuse to disclose the information to reach him. I so hope there is a Lawyer reading this and willing to put this company UNDER.
