To be short and to the point I am having multiple mechanical issues with my vehicle. I bought my car in January of this year. I have taken it in to a repair shop multiple times to have it fixed, but each time the warranty company; First automotive (superior protection plan), has declined the repairs and their payments. The warranty company claimed nothing was wrong with the vehicle and that the inspector that they sent out obviously knew more than the repair shop. It was very odd to me that the same inspector was sent out each time. The company has little to no information as to who their underwriter is and who they deal with directly when I called to figure out why the same inspector was sent out as well as receive more information on my protection plan. I feel the car dealership Automotion is at fault as well for selling their customers faulty fraudulent warranty coverage along with cars that are horribly maintained. I feel the car company and the warranty company are responsible due to the vehicle being sold with various parts not functioning properly making the vehicle unsafe and not drivable. It is both unsafe and not drivable due to the probability of causing further damage to the car as well as the possibility of the vehicle causing a crash from not being able to function properly. I am in the middle of making sure this is handled and dealt with so I dont waste any more money or let them get away with thinking its ok to scandal consumers. I also would like to inform you to be careful and to protect yourself because obviously this warranty company does not.
