Fith Third Bank ,Fifth Third Bank Overdraft Fee Abuse They stoled 100.00 in overdraft fees Holland Michigan

Fifth Third Bank On 03-20-2009 They took 100.00 in what they said was overdraft fee's on my checking account.
Here is the facts of what happen:

In Jan 2009 I went into Fifth Third to dispute a charge that was on my checking account . They credit my account back in Jan 2009 . I didn't hear any thing more from the bank.

Then yesterday on 03/19/2009 I had funds in my checking but sometime from 12 midnight to 6 am; Fith Third took $129.18 from my checking account with out contacting me first ! This action created a shortage in my checking account

Had I known that Fifth Third was going to pull some funds from my checking ( a simple phone call from their dispute department would of prevented the so called shortage that they created on 03-19-2009 )

0n 03-/20/2009 they took a $100.00 in what they called a shortage that they created !! They refused to refund me the money..

I intend on making a complaint with the banking commission and I will be closing all accounts at Fifth Third .

I highly suggest anyone wishing to bank with Fifth Third bank think TWICE..
