BEWARE of this company! The positive and negative reports on this company are both true; let me explain. On the front end of your transaction, you will quickly be greeted by a very personable, friendly and knowledgeable salesperson who will patiently and willingly take you through the buying process, making it enjoyable and very painless, as well as answer all of your questions. Everything at this point appears to be great, you will feel wonderful about your decision to use this company and purchase their equipment. If you never have any trouble with your delivery, installation, assembly or product, you will be happy and write a glowing review.
However, if anything goes wrong, the nightmare begins. My delivery which was to take 2 weeks, took 6 weeks, and do not expect to receive any guidance or insight as to where and when your equipment will arrive if you try and contact the company; they simply will not respond. If you try to return your equipment in the 30 day money back guarantee window, or for any matter, forget it; not only will you not ever see the equipment again, you will not see your money again either. In addition, if you try and contact them, they will not respond. Even the president, Jim Rosen, who provides his own personal telephone extension to personally resolve any trouble encountered, will not return your calls/emails. For the past two weeks I have called and emailed this company several times a day, and no one will respond or credit me back my charges for the returned equipment. I can't even get my original invoice. They never sent me one, and to this day despite daily requests, still will not send me one.
THEY HAVE NO CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! After your purchase, they will cut you loose, never to communicate with you again. AVOID THIS COMPANY!!!
