During initial lease signing, we noticed last minute documentation charge of $550 and no sales signing bonus of $500. When asked, answer was, we will accommodate you on your next lease guaranteed. Also, documentation package contained very small print and blurred in many areas. Should have been red flag to stop deal, but, we had committed to vendor on hardware and software and did not want to reneg on their deal.

This gang needs to be stopped, before, more innocent parties are injured. They are a definite candidate for class action lawsuit more than enough similar complaints of deceptive business practices that clearly can only have been developed and encouraged by their top management.
