Five Point Capital / Lyon Financial - Herbert Ferandez, James Hansen They Lied, They ripped me off, They are all out Fraudulant, and they are going to H*ll! San Diego California

I was sold on financing my truck with a lease to own contract, by Herbert Ferandez, Five Point Capital, instead of taking out an auto loan. The benefits of the lease to own contract were supposed to be to build business credit, not to use up personal credit on company equip. and vehicles, and tax deductions benefits. The terms of the lease were supposed to be following all lease payments a $1 buy out, but as if the rediculouse fees and finance rate were not enough, ($200 doc. fee, and a $369.18 pre first payment that did not pay towards balance. I paid 130%+ the principal invoice /3yr.), after all lease payments they (James Hansen, Five Point Capital) are charging me an additional $3,150 (up to market value) buy out + $173.25 sales tax to keep my truck that I have already paid for.

The company is all out Fraudulant. They Lied over and over on the phone to get the contract and all they care about is what is in fine print in there contract and how much money can they Steel!

Consumers I promise you, I will not pay this rediculouse additional buy out and I will not let them have a truck worth having.

Five Point capital, I promise you, there is a Heaven and H*ll, people like you go to H*ll, give my regards to Lusefer.
