I would never have agreed to a contract that didn't allow me to own my 'pulsed magnetic equipment' at the end of my contract. I questioned them extensively to make sure that I owned the equipment at the end of the lease with a $1. buy out and they assured me that I did.
So, I too have been scammed and want to participate in a class action suit against this company. What they are doing is absolutely wrong. There must be many of us in this position.
We have called them and explained that we will not spend any more money. Yet, each month they try to make an automatic withdrawal from our account and charge us interest.
Please do not do business with this dishonest company!!! They claim to have an A+ rating with the Better Business Bureau, yet so many have posted this same complaint about the $1. buy out scam.
