These guys are going to rip you off please do not use them. My phone was sent to them and then two weeks later they said there was a problem with the mail and they would get to it right away (even though I had the receipt stating they had the phone the whole time using delivery signature). Finally got the phone back another two weeks later with nothing done to it, it was not flashed to boost. I then tried to contact them and trust me you will get no response one they have your money. It's now well over a month and I have a phone that doesn't work and I'm out 140$ paid to them which they will not refund. I learned my lesson and I hope you won't let it happen to you also.

 I am going through the exact same issues as you are. I sent my phone to the more than two weeks ago and I spoke with "Tom" once and he said he would get the phone out to me the next day which would have been the 12th. Here is a couple of the emails that I sent them with abosulutely NO response at all:

Message recieved from "Tom" on 11 Jul 13 @1132: Hello, Sorry somehow this phone got put in the wrong pile and we overlooked it. (Now to be fair to them I left out the portion of the email that pertained me calling the phone company) Message recieved from "Tom" on 11 Jul 13 @1757: Ok I will check that sorry for that oversight. I will set this up tonight and ship it first thing in the morning.ThanksTom Sent on 15 Jul by me "My phone was received by your company on 3 July. You stated in a previous email that it (my HTC Rezound) got put in the wrong pile. You also stated on 11 Jul 13 @ 1757, after several back and forth emails, that you would "ship it out tomorrow morning" you also stated to me on the phone that you would provide me with the tracking number. Today is 15 Jul and I have neither a tracking number, a phone, or an email with any updated info. I am asking for is the specific performance that that was paid for. I paid for a service to be provided and thus far I have not received that service. Your website states "two days with us during the flash - two days back to you by standard USPS mail". Due to an oversight on your part your the phone should have been sent out to me in the most expeditious manner possible. I have called you everyday starting with Friday the 12th of July and I get no answer and no return call. I elected to go with your company and pay a bit more than the competition due to your advertised assurance that the job will get done and done quickly and correctly.'

Sent by Me on 16 Jul "It has been two weeks since you have had my phone. I have talked with with you once and at that time you stated that you would send my completed phone back "tomorrow" which was last friday the 12th. It is now tuesday the 16th after any delivery hours. Several emails and daily phone calls have been made since the 11th when you stated you would send my phone. Not ONE email has been answered and only one return call from a female representing your company and she has no idea what is going on with anything. I am tired of the unreturned emails and lack of response of any kind from you. I will be cancelling the credit card payment if I do not get some satisfactory results. I would like my phone returned to me in the most expeditious manner possible. If my phone is not returned to me I will escalate the matter. I hate to do it but I have know problem with it."

These are just a few of the emails that have went unreturned to "Tom". I did my research on the company and thought I was choosing a reputable company but by the looks of things I was wrong. He has my $140 (by the way he told me I would have to pay for the first month of service...review the info about his oversight on 11 Jul), he has my phone, he won't return my phone call, and he has someone to return a call that has no clue about what is going on.
