Fleet Credit Card Services Lies and theft Wilmington Delaware

Definitely stay away from this company. I have a 4000 dollar limit and they keep adding overlimit fees wjen I am not over it. I used the card for working on my house and stayed under the limit just enough. However, what they won't tell you is that the service charge, outrageous as it is, will ALWAYS bump it over the limit, regardless of how much you pay, so they can charge you the overlimit fee.

I payed 200.00 to it one time and still they manipulated it to be able to charge me an overlimit fee. I contacted them three times. I talked to an Amy, Tim, then Philip. All of which lied to me about my limits and even Philip took off one of the charges, JUST TO BE REAPPLIED WITHIN 10 DAYS. And there was no overlimit at that time. They even keep charging me the overlimit fee even when I am under the limit.

This company is obviously using theft and lies to make money and if they continue to do this I will be seeking litigation. I am writing this just as a warning to consumers. There is also another complaint about this very same thing about this company in this forum, just use the company search function on Fleet Credit.
