Fleetmatics Ex-Employee tempe, Arizona

I would like to second the comments, claims, and reports regarding the hostile work environment created by Jason Profeta at Fleetmatics in Tempe, AZ.  The complete lack of professionalism on all levels lead to his daily harassment of employees, using derogatory statements towards employees that were well beyond simply joking around.  This created a work culture that in my opinion was equivalent to the ethical standards of a street gang at best.   

There is a professional code of ethics which should be followed in every work place, and due to Jason Profeta's complete lack of moral integrity, no boundaries were off limits to his immature ranting and raving.  
His actions caused a work environment that were not only immensely beyond the scope of normal respect for other human beings, but more importantly caused the business to suffer creating subpar performance by the employees, which drastically reduce the revenue generated.  Harming the pocket books of those who worked on commission and harming the company through a huge lag in revenue generation compared to the overhead to keep the Tempe, AZ office afloat.     

I am happy to hear that Fleetmatics has terminated his employment.  I believe Fleetmatics has a great product and the company overall has good intentions, but the choices made by those who decided to keep Jason Profeta in a management position and overlook his illegal discriminatory actions were not well thought out.  Not to mention the hundreds of thousands of dollars the company lost due to non-action towards Mr. Profeta's misguided moral standards.
