Purchased 2008 Yamaha R1 JJP version from Flemings. They advertised this bike as "never been raced" "Hence Why Its Like New".
Not sure How Many New Bikes have Gas Tank damage that was welded and still leaking, muffler with damage,foot pegs and shifters that have marks from dragging on hard surfaces,rear tail section out of alignment.
When bike finally arrived the keys were not given to transporter so I could not even check if bike ran. After careful visual inspection I noticed the muffler damage along with the rear tail section out of alignment like this bike was crashed. I called Flemings and asked first where were the keys and then questioned them on the bike damage including the over $2000.00 racing muffler system that was installed and advertised. I was told that they forget to give the keys to driver and that the muffler really wasn't an issue. Over $2000.00 and Not an Issue! Sure , they already had the money for this bike! I asked to speak to Tony Fleming and also told them that I did want this bike and wanted to send it back on my dime. After numerous days of not getting phone calls returned I was finally contacted and was told they would not take the bike back BUT I could send it to them and they would sell it for me on consignment....Next call will be to MD States Attorney and BBB,

Well I went on Flemings site saw the pics of the bike before it was wrecked I was told by Tony Flemings that it was his personal bike and it didn't have a scratch on it he told me it was never raced or wrecked therefore it was like new. Does a like new bike have a tank with damage and quarter inch paint bubbling and bondo sticking out a half inch further than a new tank should a twisted sub frame crushed muffler scratched up swing arm ground down foot pegs and clutch lever left side air intake scratched and ground down the list goes on and on! I thought he was a man of his word but I was wrong. When I finally got the title it showed 686 miles on it Flemings advertised bike with just over 1700 miles on it so obviously Tony rode the bike and crashed it then pawned it off to me. I will be posting pics of all repairs and do anything I can to stop the RIPP-OFF artist form continuing deceptive practices!!!! If the bike that was delivered was in the condition as advertised I would have no problem or remorse!!!!

You bought a used bike UNSEEN from a company with an F rating with the BBB.

Granted, at least your post might dissuade others from getting ripped off, but you ripped yourself off more than the company did, by making such a high risk purchase to begin with.
As for the F rated company, Give the guy back his money and pick up your dad-blasted wreck of a bike! It's looking far more reasonable, given your F rating, that y'all did him wrong, rather than him just having buyer's remorse.

Again more lies from Flemings ultimate rip-off !!! I didn't Sign off no damage right when Flemings driver opened door on van and rolled bike off I could see the bike was wrecked and called Tony flemings right then and said I did not want This smashed bike again as I said before Tony Flemings said he did not think it was a big deal and I should ride it while I was on the phone Tony Flemings driver left. On top of that Tony Flemings did not send me keys or title. As far as I am concerned Flemings is a rip-off artist to the tenth power!!! His responses are childish and ridiculous!!!! When I saw the video and read description of bike it was In different shape then when delivered to me. Tony absolutely knows this but he refuses to make It right all I asked for was my money back nothing more. If I got such a great deal why didn't Tony Flemings give me my money back??????? Let it go? Not in this lifetime!!! I don't lets crooks cheat me then just walk away!!! There will be more evidence and pictures to come.

Again more lies from flemings. first of all flemings set up all shipping i had nothing to do with it. second the pictures on there website were there for everyone to view they were not taken for me. when i got the bike it was not in the same condition as in the pictures the bike had been smashed. and there was no keys. i called tony that second and told him bike was smashed and i didn't want it he's said he didn't think it was a big deal and that i should go ride it and he hung up. there shipper jumped in his van and took off. i called flemmings ultimate ripoff garage and told his manager that this bike was wiped out and i did not want it. he told me that it was a holiday weekend and for me to wait for tony to call me and that he would make it right needless to say he never called. these people are crooks this is unbelievable talk about ripoff artists they will lie and say anything to cover there butts but they have not done the right thing by me. and thats the facts. so i would keep as far away from that junk shop as i could if i were you. I've posted pictures of how bike was delivered and have many more tony fleming knows this bike was wrecked but is not man enough to admit it and do the right thing. there is a thing called. karma. everything you do to or for someone comes back to you ten fold so he won't stay in business for ever by cheating people. or maybe he won't find true happiness. what can i say i got screwed over. thanks tony for nothing but headaches.

This was a $30K race bike that was purchased for 13K.It was not sold as new. BEFORE the purchaser paid for it, he asked and Flemings Provided:

None of the pictures or video that is still posted shows the claims ,made by the author of this report.The clients shipper picked up the motorcycle after payment, looked it over for damage and makes no reference for any of the above complaints.

As long as there are people who are willing to fork over cash for a bike they've never seen, places like this will stay in business. Does your contract say that the bike being sold is undamaged? If so, you could probably sue them, but smart operators don't usually put things like that in contracts. I'm also guessing that the contract does not have a provision for you to return the bike if you don't like it.
That's the reason bikes like this are sold long distance. You would have never bought it had you seen it in person.

Roland Elgin IL. Tony Flemings also told me on the phone that this bike was never raced or crashed. When I opened box with extra farings that came with bike as part of the package they had severe crash damage on them this is ridiculous, how can they stay in business? Amazing! I called Tony Flemings cell phone when bike was delivered and told him as the bike was coming off the truck that exaust was damaged and I could see that the subframe was twisted, gas tank was damaged, left side footpeg and shifter was damaged ,left side of swing arm was scratched and painted over. He told me he didn't think it was a big deal and hung up on me. So now I am getting sick to my stomach and I called Flemings ultimate rip off garage and talked to Matt the manager and told him I did not want this bike it has been wiped out. I told him I would pay to ship it back and I wanted my money back. He told me not to ship it back and that he would refuse it If I did that it was my bike now and to talk to Tony next week because he is on vacation. After numerous phone calls and getting the run around for a week I finally got ahold of Tony he told me he would not give me my money back but he would sell it for me. I told him that's not right he sold me a recked bike he said oh well there was nothing I could do about it. If I kept pushing that he wouldn't sell It for me either! Then he said if I wanted my money back he would charge me a 25% restocking fee! I keep waiting for Ashton Kutcher to jump out and tell me Ive been punked! Whats truly amazing is that this is allowed to go on. What kind of law does MD have that they let this place get away with this? Sad very very sad! I would tell anyone and everyone to avoid Flemings Ultimate Garage like the plague!!!!!
