FlexAbleHose Flex able hose, Internet
I watched the TV infomercial about the flexablehose and decided to try it. The TV ad said that you can buy one and get a second hose free. Youl would also receive two nossles.
When I called the 800 number the first thing they asked for was my CC number and then a billing/shipping address. The also wanted an email. I gave it all up. Finally they asked me what hose I wanted.
The TV has 25, 50 75 and 100 feet. Plus you get a second hose free. I wanted the 100 foot. When it was time to pick the hose length the 100 foot was not offered. Then I was in auto attendant hell. I hope that I got my order canceled.
I then called back and kept pressing 0 in the hopes of getting a person and after several attempts a live person came on the phone. She said that they do not have 100 feet hoses. I asked how they can put that on the TV but she said that the 100 foot was not an option. She gave me another number to call. 973-287-5150 and that lady, Lisa #6 said that they are out of stock. I asked how they can get all my CC and address information and then not tell me that they are out of stock. It is now the middle of April, but they will not have this in until some time in May.
About 20 minutes later I received a call from someone in CA offering a 25% discount. But not on the 100 foot. He said that I could get two 50 footers and combine them. I said fine, but I expected the buy one get one free so that would mean four 50 footers. He said that he could not do that. I explained what had happened but he would not do anything for me.
Stay away from these people. I am calling the NYS Consumer Complaint line and filing a complaint.
