I called the customer service line and the person on the line had no more knowledge than the page he was reading from and claimed to have no way to find out if the order went through or not. I asked him to find someone in the organization who could trace the order in their system to find out. He only had the standard answer that I would have to wait.
This leaves my credit card information floating in their system or wherever and no way to find out what happened to the order. This is unsatisfactory and now I will have to cancel the order and put a stop to that business name on the credit card account to prevent any further damage if the card number is loose.
