This company has a terrible product Flexi folding motor scooter.  Do not get suckered into buying one of these things.  It is a major piece of Chinese crap.

The owner of  Flexi scooters does not stand behind the product.  He has a major attitude problem.  Not at all a good customer service person. When I started having problems he told me the "amazing Flexi scooter" wasn't designed for daily use.   Funny, that was not mentioned when I bought it.  I had several major engine issues with the Flexi folding motor scooter and he kept saying they were my fault, go to a local shop, these things are simple to fix, the repair guys are idiots.  He actually was verbally abusive to my friend at the repair shop.  He esentially told me there was no way anything was wrong with his product.  

7 of the 8 shops I brought it to said they wouldn't touch teh Flexi.  Finally the aforementioned friend who owns a small engine repair shop agreed to try but were able to do anything to try to help but he was unable to do anything with the Flexi. 

Figure on replacing the Flexi scooter nuts and bolts holding the steering handle assembly, rear axle, hand brakes at handle bar every 30-50 or so miles.   

The Flexi is used for people that own boats or have designated driving scooter services like Zingo.
