 florida building maintenance in tampa, fl is the worse cleaning company I have ever dealt with.The service is horrible, and they hire independent contractor companies to do the work for them and they do not pay those hard working individuals!

The FBI should be contacted as they rip off staff. and they rip off customers (I know this first hand as a customer myself). If you need cleaning services anywhere in florida, do not do business with them as you will be just as sorry as I was when using them (they stole $5,000 from my office when cleaning).

This company is great to do business with I am a subcontractor of thiers for the past 4 years and I have never had an issue with them. Actually Florida Building Maintenance has been recognized as a 2013 Florida Excelance Award Recipient by the USCTI. Don't listen to these people "haters". If you are a good subcontractor they will treat you good and pay on time.

The owner of BMOA and FBM are scamming the subcontractor out of their money they earn. The owner of BMOA & FBM is from Canada, He used to own a company name I clean Canada Building Maintenance Inc., I-clean Global and I clean Franchise system Inc. in Canada, According the report he scam between 30 to 40 franchise owners in Canada. I am on of Building Maintenance of America largest subcontractors and they are one of the better companies I have worked with in the past 10 years. Thier field supervisors provide support to my operations and they help my company to be successfull. I never had problems with payment, this person who reported this doesn't know what they are talking about!
