We boughta vehicle from Florida Cars USA (formally known as Miami Car Sales) and paid $10,000 for a downpayment. They made us sign blank documents with the promise of giving us copies the following day. Copies were never provided. They also told us that the car was going to be financed through a bank, but there are no records of any bank. We purchased the car almost two months ago, and every time we call requesting documents, they give us the runaround. Now Steve, the owner, is being completely rude and mistreating us when we try to ask what happened to our money. At this point, I believe the financing was a lie. Steve wants us to make payments directly to him now or he will come and repossess the car. We still have no records of all of the paperwork we signed over two months ago. Don't trust Steve and please pass on this information so no one else gets scammed like we did. I pulled their BBB record, and this so-called "business" rates an "F". There are other complaints similar to mine on BBB. Be smart, and do your research before buying a used vehicle. Make sure you don't get scammed like my husband and I did! DO NOT TRUST Florida Cars USA. They will treat you like royalty until they get your money, then they will take your money, lie and treat you like garbage.

They "make you sign" with the promise that everything is OK, and we'll get copies of it all! You're the STUPID one for giving businesses like this encouragement to do such a thing.

How Did They "Make" You Sign Anything?

AUTHOR: Jim - (USA)

POSTED: Friday, January 14, 2011

Next time you go buy a car, take somebody with you who knows what they're doing because obviously you don't. I mean, how basic is it? Never, ever sign a blank contract! I can't even imagine anybody would even think about doing such a thing! It ranks right up there with this STUPID practice of buying a used car, sight unseen over the internet! This car dealer or any car dealer doesn't have any power to "MAKE" you do anything! YOU are the customer...NOT their doormat! YOU don't need them...they need YOU!
