Brent Phillips Owns Florida Cracker Plumbing which is his first lie,he transfered his licensed down here from Tennessee.I worked with him as an apprentice and for him when he owned and ran Piranha Plumbing. All of this took place in the Tampa Bay Area Of Florida. While working for Mr Phillips at Piranha Plumbing some years back there was at most 3 plumbers out of 25 techs, they constantly had to run an ad in the paper to keep their 60 minute promise to be at your home within 60 minutes or so,99 percent of their employees are drain cleaners, and drain cleaners in training on your plumbing.Piranha Plumbing declared bankruptcy 2 years ago, some how Mr Phillips Kept His plumbing license, when I worked for him we could not get anything on credit at any plumbing supply house in the entire Tampa Bay Area we had to use Lowe's Or Home Depot.
All his plumbers were taught to make up sales and were rewarded for who had the highest up sales and extras sold including chemicals. All their tech must use there own vehicles and pay there own insurance they even get charged for use of the company radio. I worked for him Brent Phillips for 6 months or so, I had alot of plumbing experiance and did mostly the bigger jobs that other people sold with no clue about how to do them.He has always screwed all employees out of their last pay check and always encouraged border line criminal sales tactics. This keep in mind was the Brent Phillips I worked for 3-4 years ago,he may run Florida Cracker Plumbing honestly and ethical but I doubt it.Here in Pinellas county theres a company that uses FCP as their logo Florida Commercial Plumbing, Mr Phillips copied their name in my opinion and all of this is my take while working for him is strictly my opinion but I am just trying to educate some consumers who may goggle his company before hiring him.
Some may call me a disgruntled former employee and I am he screwed me out of my last pay check ,2 weeks worth almost 2k before taxes but I am a firm believer in karma. If you have any doubts about hiring Florida Cracker Plumbing don't believe the actors on his web page or lucky customers, call any plumbing inspector in Pinellas,Pasco,Hillsborough,Manatee or any other Tampa Bay Area and inquire about him & his company and former company Piranha Plumbing. The inspectors will tell you the real truth about his company. This was not intended to bash anyone only educate consumers.
